  • German Patent Attorney
  • Authorised to represent clients before
    - the German Patent and Trade Mark Office
    - the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO)
    - the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
     
  • Patent Attorney before the Federal Patent Court (BPatG)
  • Has worked in the IP sector since 1996 in internationally active companies in the fields of plant engineering, process engineering, metallurgical engineering, construction engineering and textile engineering

 

Following initial training as a machine mechanic and subsequent work as a welder and sheet metal worker, he studied design engineering at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. His subsequent start as an engineer in the design department of a manufacturer of fittings and piping systems was also his first introduction to intellectual property law. To establish himself in this field in the future, Mr NÖHLES worked in various industrial companies whilst studying part-time to qualify as a German patent attorney.

After many years in industry as head of IP departments in the fields of metallurgical engineering, chemical plant engineering, locking technology and access control, and most recently at a textile technology company, Mr NÖHLES will be joining our team from 2025.
